apartment therapy changing the world, one room at a time

UsedCardboardBoxes.com

Cardboard boxes are like socks: when you really need them, you can only find a one here, one there. But when you've got no need for them you've got tons to store away. Now you can stop picking through dumpsters behind stores, bugging neighbors or purchasing expensive new cardboard boxes, or get rid of our overflowing stash.

Los Angeles business UsedCardboardBoxes.com specializes in reclaimed moving boxes in medium, large and extra large sizes, reselling them for 50 cents to $8 (20 medium boxes + rolling tape came out to $39), and will also haul away your boxes if you're a business handling 100 of the same size boxes on a weekly to monthly basis (ahem eBay sellers!). You save money, and you save waste from going into landfills. A win-win deal.

...or you could go Craigslist and find tons of boxes in the free section. I did that and within a week, I was all set! But it may be because Montrealers all move during the summer (I know... we are crazy), so there is ample supply.
