I had the same exact light fixture which I bought from a yard sale in the Valley for $3.00 because the seller said it was so ugly. I used it for a year while I was in New York then had it consigned to an auction house before moving back to Los Angeles. I was told it could only fetch $50-$75 but it ended up selling for $1250. Lucky for me everyone thought it was ugly.

It's too bad craigslist people cannot distinguish Stilnovo, Arredoluce and Arteluce from Lamps Plus. I already spent a fortune on a vintage Verner Panton lamp, otherwise I'll take this. I would have saved myself a grand.
