The ugliness, it stuns me.

There are dog-beds I would use as main seating pieces before I went with this. Maybe a collection of them, lilypad-like, across the floor.

Daffney, I was thinking the same thing. Kind of like a bagel or a breakfast sandwich.

I ate this thing this morning at Au Bon Pain.

You know, I think this (or part of it) is in the movie "Broken Flowers." It's in Don Johnston's living room. I remember looking at it and thinking what _is_ that? It was almost as distracting as the character's track suits.

this photo really doesnt do the piece justice. having sold these years and years ago, i can say the new original piece was just beautiful, albeit in a starsky & hutch/sugarbear love-den sorta way.

Doesn't look comfortable to sit on either. There's almost no back to the thing! It also looks like it's way too close to the ground, so getting your ass up off that thing would be a totally graceless maneuver, especially for anyone wearing a skirt. Like me. Yep, I'm not sitting on that pastry chair.

I actually have a chaise lounge that resembles that, only it's a very light beige.

Comfortable as all get-out. Kind of like a big leather marshmallow.

What are you all thinking? This is totally hot! Would be especially hot in a minimal white room.
