My aunt and uncle have an antique-style plumbing shop in Sacramento and sell these. It looks really great in person. I really hate the distributor's photos for their products - they never do the products justice.

there would be water all over the floor. also, i have one of these old style curtain systems for my tub. i had to fix it so it only went around 2 sides of me. when you have curtain folds all around you, it can be a bit suffocating. ick
nice shower head though.
