Actually, I think the lungs should be pink fading inward to dark gray and the passageways should be black. But it was less funny that way.

i'm on DAY 25 of no smoking, and i can smell someone smoking a cigarette six floors down, across the street, in their car, windows closed...
so this ashtray is way funny :)

It's an upscale variation of a practical joke ash tray from the sixties -- when a cigarette ash hit the tray a recording of a cough would come on.
The Lady J's comment is funnier than the actual object.

I would love to see one that coughs when you ash in it. My sorors used our drinking glasses for ashtrays. I'd like to hand these out to every Greek house in the nation.

It's brilliant in white - why would you want it in black? The whole point is that as the ashes are put in it, it dirties, like real lungs do. Very cool, I want one!
