Hot or Not? Alien Furniture

atla-061108-alien01.jpgNo, we're not talking about furniture you might find during an archaeological dig through a deserted Martian house, but furniture inspired by the cult classic flick "Alien." Except for the pods, which kept out unwanted noise and light, furniture was not the first thing we thought when we saw the movie, and its sequels, oh so many many years ago. But apparently the people over at Alien Furniture felt differently. Not only were they inspired to create this table, but a whole line of furnishings which include stools, chairs and tables. And, apparently, it's very popular. What do you think? Survey, and an Alien chair, after the jump...

yeah, I wanted to be clear how incredibly not-hot those aliens were, but alas, welcome mats.

I agree with the above 2. What does alien furniture have to do with welcome mats?

i don't see how it's "Alien" inspired. Since the first sequel is my favorite flick, I must point out that robot looks like a Terminator T-100.

Yeah I think that's a robot and I don't like it.

Cute welcome mat, though.

I saw a fair bit of this type of thing on holiday in Bangkok, Thailand. I was curious about how it was made but definitely couldn't live with it!

Now, are those female aliens or male aliens, I might be offended, but I'm not sure yet!
