How is this better than sleeping in a ball on the floor? At least that way you wouldn't have to worry all night about falling off the floor.

That's pretty amazing. I can only imagine the work of the craftspeople and artists it took to put this together. Clever and interesting!

I vote that this is an art installation -- some commentary on sleeping alone, or of being fundamentally alone despite sharing a bed with someone. Rather bleak, but I see the point.
