A thin surface of water “twangs” above a chromed reflector, the water vibrates like a membrane depending on the noise and wavelengths intensities – high bounce, medium bounce, bass bounce - of any music, thus a composition of caustics is projected, accentuated by LEDs light emission. "Ricochet" speakers insur a 360° degrees sounds and caustic effects.

I can imagine someone's pet deciding to make this their new watering hole.

I like it but there is no space in my environment to put it. Be wonderful for a big loft. (I wonder if it could be used outside or if it would just get grungy and evaporate?)

I think it could be kind of funky in an open plan loft. Not so practical for most small homes, but a unique idea!

Its a cool version of Ingo Maurer's Tableaux Chinois which uses a fishpond with floating mirrors to create a wall pattern.

also like it; also think it's for loft spaces; but disagree about the pet problem -- it seems to be that you'd hook this up for special events, not everyday.
