I think the lines are beautiful...I just don't get the functionality.

Looks neat, but I know I would manage to gum up the shifter somehow. Given how difficult I find it to clean the shifter inside my car, this doesn't look any easier. And how do you control the water temperature?

I think it's fun! I'd put it in a powder bath or a guest bath - one that you don't use quite as often but still want to enjoy.

I like it for YOUR house. Then you can invite me for dinner, i can marvel at it's clever design, and go home to my classic minimal fixtures.

unless that cover around the shifter was easily removable i wouldnt go near that. then again, i probably still wouldnt go near it. i spend enough time as it is cleaning my kitchen with all its kitchen like parts. i dont want to clean a kitchen with car like parts. this might work for a guy or couple who reeeally like nice cars, and who have a cleaning lady

I'd like it if it had reverse.

I would like it in some interiors but the functionality and appeal is not the best for most and the black color makes me scream.

Shen Di's got such an innovative approach to awaken our senses when we look at a faucet. Very rarely does a faucet catch my attention but this one jumps out to me. It seems from my research that this was only a prototype that was never actually produced. Does anyone know where you can buy this art piece? Did Shen ever add a temperature control to it or was it just designed to spit out water like at our airports?

We never know the worth of water till the well is dry. Be glad when water pours out of your faucet each time you turn it on.
