Kinda fun. Not for everyone or every place. I would have liked them more in blue...more water-like. The white ones look like milk.

I don't think I'd ever want that, but I did vote HOT. I think by the right poolside it could be fun. I do wonder why they made it look like milk and not like a splash of water?

I think blue - for water would have been kitschy here,
the white - milk makes it chic, and more quirky and surreal - ever see A clockwork Orange...remindes me of that

So creative, but I wouldn't want one. It looks awkward to get in an out of.

Agree with posts above ... they should do a poolside photo shoot with aqua blue chairs.

not.

it does remind me of clockwork orange, but not in a "i want it" way. more like and "ew."

all i can think of is spoiled milk.

I like it, but I don't think it will look good in a residential house, no matter how modern it is. It's a piece for a gallery or photostudio...

I love kitsch, I love quirky, I love odd and... hell, sometimes I even love tacky (Hello, tantra chair), but this? Ugh. Not even I could handle it.

Seriously, has no one recognized where these chairs were inspired from? Harold Edgarton, anyone? C'mon I thought for sure SOMEONE would've pointed that out by now. I think they're very cool.

If you're going to be pretentious, at least spell his name correctly - it's "Edgerton," for those who want to look it up.

Just because something makes a great photo, it doesn't mean it is good furniture design. I'm with those who feel it'd be great at a gallery, but not so hot in the home. Since it's a concept design and not a mass market item, I don't think it's meant to be sold anyway.

However, as someone mentioned on the site that is being linked to, it'd make a stylish bowl design.

Rofl...!

Yeah, milk was the second thing I thought of.

I have this urge now to go pop in the DVD for "Beyond the Valley of the Dolls", but I'm at work.

LOL

I wasn't being pretentious, just merely expressing my surprise that no one had pointed the source of inspiration out. Thank you for correcting my horrendous spelling error, though. I know those internet points really add up... When did the internet decide that it needed to be catty ALL the time? Jeez.

I like the chair. It has really cool and unusual design. I wonder if it's comfortable...

I also found some more interesting lounge chairs. There are some cool ones too.
