I think it's gorgeous, but probably completely impractical.

Not on a wooden counter. You'd have water damage.

That part on the left seems like an invitation for water to drip down in a big way (also the crevice it forms on the bottom left is place for crud to collect, as it seems awkward to wipe down the counters after use).

I agree with the previous posts.


Why can't a thing be both beautiful AND practical!!!
