Outside/in. We spotted this fun idea to bring a little graphic nature to your windows. Over at the DIYideas website, (which has TONS of fun inspirational projects to peruse) they used a quirky branch, painted it white and used it as an alternative to a curtain rod.
We think this application works especially well because of the fact that they painted the wall a dark contrast color, and left the window trim and all the fixtures white. The opposite could look just as great, say, if you painted everything light blue against a white wall. Has anyone ever done something like this? We'd love to see pics!
