Helping a friend decorate her outdoor space, we've been looking at a lot of outdoor furniture lately. And while it's not unattractive, it's all very similar -- heavy wood or wicker pieces with canvas pillows. Having a yen for something different, we remembered Orange22's Flora Botanical Table
Powdercoated metal, it works as well indoors as out. Unexpected in bright blue, we'd like it accessorized with only a few bright bench pillows, like the multistripe pillows sold for use with Pottery Barn's Chesapeake Picnic Benches, for an outdoor take on Moroccan-style seating. Available through Design Public
Steep and pretty! Should change of the name of the blog...

Holy crap that's a lot for an outdoor table. It is pretty though.

$1,899.00?
Y'all do realize it has holes, right?
(points at holes)
"Look. Holes."
Good part: They have a low price guarantee. Gosh, good to know they aren't overpricing these things.
Bad part: It's non-returnable. You don't like the table? Too bad.
stuff you could have had for that amount, most any one thing here:

Pretty much the same as the little unholy one, but it's on it's end:

So I guess those tiny feet run about $40.00 each.
I like this site. I like reading other people's responses to the same things I am seeing. I am especially fond of responses that use different words to express the same thoughts I had.
Or to use the same words I would use. Like "holy crap". That could be a pun too, you know.
