When we visit our grandparents, we sleep in a vintage caravan parked in their driveway. They use it once a year for their annual wild pig shooting holiday but the rest of the time it’s their “guest room” for visiting family. Our eyes immediately light up when we see similar caravans, like this one we spotted on the No Chintz website.

This make-over by No Chintz shows what a huge impact some new curtains and a few throw cushions can make, especially in a smaller space. Our grandparents did something similar but more “Grandma Chic” and complimentary to the amazing 1950s Laminex kitchenette. No Chintz is a great Australian fabric company who stock some of the worlds best fabrics. Their product gallery shows examples of the fabrics being used similar to that in the caravan above. I love it! It's nostalgic, grown-up fun. Of course, I'll bet kids enjoy the cheery colors, too. I'd have to skip the annual wild pig shooting, however...

A little frou-frou, but adorable! I'd love to stay here. And yes, city folks, there's a whole other world out there...my step-dad in Oregon and his family hunt all manner of critters. I never did get used to it...
