A celadon green bowl with koi embossed on it. The entire color scheme of the bathroom just blossomed from that bowl.

A vivid light green vintage planter. Has a cool sort of Deco look to it. Holds several small pots of herbs, including a big, crazy wad of Thyme.

That room gets the most humidity and the most sunlight. Makes for happy herbs.

My stack of books in the guest bath. I just picked up "Loni Anderson: My Life in High Heels" to add to the funny stack for a buck on Cape Cod.

An adorable drawing of a little girl standing on a bath mat. It is backed by pink matting and framed in white. The funniest thing? The bath mat says F*** in bright orange. A great conversation piece. Of course we found it in Japan.
