Eclectic Decor: El Tres Inn

We first read about El Tres Inn on a local architecture blog called Take Sunset. Initially, we couldn't believe our eyes-- surprisingly, El Tres Inn is the first boutique inn to land in Silver Lake. Offering up other Silver Lake destinations such as Edendale Grill and El Chavo, the owners combine 60s and 70s vintage Mexican with a modern twist...

Nestled in the heart of Silver Lake, El Tres Inn is the perfect getaway for an in-town staycation. Each one bedroom apartment relies heavily on vintage lighting, chic bedrooms and curated libraries of vinyl and literature. It's refreshing that the inn prides itself on utilizing local artisans whenever possible. We love the overall purple tones in each space which helps give off a rich texture and feel. In addition, each space effortlessly mixes and matches bold wallpaper with patterned bedding. And with simple yet playful apartment names-- uno, dos and tres-- your overnight stay gets an extra dash of fun.
