The opening ceremony of the Olympics is just a day away and Beijing and the Olympic Committee have designed and created truly unique structures, like the incredibly visual Beijing National Aquatic Centre - dubbed the Water Cube. This stunning building will host all of the aquatic events and was built with a steel space frame based on the geometry of water bubbles. It inspired us to round up home décor and design in this aesthetic.
And of course, the boy in the bubble.
Let's hope that the aquatic center was built better than all those schools.
