We spotted Elizabeth's blog, Peacock Feathers, on the Domino Flickr pool (sigh). While the magazine just rolled out its last issue, we're happy to see the group pool is still going strong. Elizabeth's cozy wall is just the spot we'd like to call home. It's the perfect nook for working on the laptop or reading a book. We love how she took an amazing space and upgraded it to perfection...
We love how the wallpaper adds texture to the space and the shimmer of the wallpaper throws in an a bit of fanciness (balancing out the cozy factor quite nicely). In her blog, Elizabeth mentions that the branches give the illusion of height, making the space seem taller.
If you can believe it, Elizabeth actually scored the wallpaper at Target's Home Design Event at 75% off. For less than $10 a roll, she figured it was a no-brainer (and we agree).

Gorgeous! This is what I want my living room to feel like! It is so personal and happy. I love the mixture of colors as well, especially the blue curtains with the pink accents.

Consider this stolen.
Except Toronto is sans Tarjay, so I'll have to paint me a wall of metallic branches instead.
Beautiful!
Just beautiful.

Thanks so much to all of you for the sweet comments!
To lovelyrita, do you mean the little side table with the bird on it? If so, it's an Eames LCW Tray Table - it is the matching piece to the Eames Molded Plywood Lounge Chair, but Knoll doesn't manufacture the table anymore... :(
