Inspiration...Cobalt Blue at The Little Door Next Door

012709_blue01.jpgOne of our favorite places to enjoy a cup of coffee in Los Angeles is The Little Door Next Door. Aside from great food and drink (the Americano is awesome!), we enjoy the bright cobalt blue painted walls. This vibrant color adds depth to the space and makes it feel bigger. This pretty color blue has popped up quite a bit in the LA house tours too. Check out a few after the jump...

Lovely. It's one of those colors that are great in a hot climate. But I don't think it would work well here in the frozen north, alas.

Love the cobalt blue.

Vehemently don't agree with the concept of decorating by grouping books by color.

Novel concept: Read books. Then group books by meaning.

A pretty color in theory, but I couldn't live with it.
