Noorieke's home is a mix of whites, creams and grays (which are all soothing on the eye). With the help of some amazing chandeliers making each room have a focal point, Noorieke has created a cozy winter retreat that we'd like to call home.

This chandelier which joins the kitchen and the living room makes a statement. Because Noorieke's color palette is soft and cozy, this sparkly light source makes the room glow.

An accented wall covered in iridescent wallpaper carries the luminous "glow" quality into the living room. A few tea lights and a fluffy rug help make this space warm and cozy. Noorieke tells us that she has since said goodbye to the black television in the corner of the room.

A salon style photograph grouping of prints add an extra layer of comfy (and the fact that they're hanging by thread adds to the charm).

Beautiful home.
LAVI, regarding the dining room chandelier, it almost looks as though the home owner hung a regular chandelier inside a diaphanous drum shade. In any event, that might be one way to DIY this look.

Perfection! You have brilliantly illustrated how texture and shine can enliven neutrals and render color unnecessary (a lot of AT'ers should take note). Excellent job!!!!

Love how calm and clean it looks! Texture makes this palette work and keeps it from being boring. Maybe it's just the angle of the picture, but the bedroom looks like it needs a little something.

So beautiful. I want to see a picture of the living room after the TV was removed--but I want the cat to be on the rug!

Wait, wait, is this real? Black cat, white rug? Everybody's OK with this? I want a rug like that, but even without a cat I don't understand how you get something like that clean. Ever. How does this work?
Also, OMG gorgeous.
