Sure there are other ways to experience all that the hotel offers. You can rent a bungalow and having a little Christmas cocktail party (very $$$) or eat a delicious holiday dinner on the terrace (very $$$). The Chateau doesn’t make it easy, with little to no parking (very $$$), but on a quiet afternoon, you can usually find somewhere to park on the street and sitting in the lobby with a book and a pot of something warm is truly worth the effort.

It’s hard to find Holiday spirit void of kitch in LA, but the Marmont finds a way.
