Here's an alternative way to showcase those fresh cut flowers, as done by Sia Home Fashion, created using some stargazer lillies cymbidium orchids, large bowl shaped vases and what appears to be ornamental reeds. The effect is a lovely floral aquarium that we think we can easily recreate with a trip to the Hollywood Farmer's Market (for the flowers) and Crate and Barrel, because there's hardly anything that warms up a home like flowers in our book.

Interesting re-purposing of the Giant Brandy Snifter! In it's original entry, it was usually positioned on a home cocktail bar and filled with matchbooks from various hotels and cocktail lounges around the world.
At five years of age, I thought that was extremely glamorous. To give you an idea of how long ago that was - Lyndon Johnson was President.
