Inspiration - Greg Natale Design
Sydney

081508greg07.jpgWe’ve seen some of Greg Natale’s architectural and interior design work before but thought we should post some of his more recent stuff. An intense mix of patterns, unique and iconic furniture, colour themes and chandeliers fuses his work together.

greg02.jpgGreg works on a range of projects including residential, commercial, hospitality and retail. We really enjoy the patterns on patterns but can understand how visitors may feel their eyes have been violated. It’s worth seeing more of his projects over at the Greg Natale Design website as they really are an inspiring mix of ideas.

I have never liked wallpaper or pattern on the walls...but you have converted me! The nursery is just gorgeous...almost makes me want to have another baby ;)

Nice, but it took me 8 hrs to get the wallpaper paste off the master bath after it took about 2 hrs to get the wall paper off. There will be not wallpaper in my future after I get if off the guest bath!

Hmmmm. Some of this I like (a lot) while some just looks like vintage shots, and others looks like marginal successes on Trading Spaces.

Too much of it looks like it was designed for the camera and not for the homeowner.

I love this designer's style - the rooms are clearly well edited and full of character.

Have to say, not a fan. Many of the shots look like a cross between hip granny and a house of ill-repute.

David Hicks for a new generation. There's a lot to love here.

Reminds me of old people. Especially the curtains, chairs, and wallpaper in the first picture. Can't say I'm a fan.

These rooms aren't designed for living. People, possessions, pets, the tools needed for working life--all add pattern and color that would absolutely fight the patterns and colors the designer has placed here. I agree with posters who find the bathroom and stairwell the most successful of these ideas... these are small spaces that typically do not have to accommodate much in the way of other objects and activities. I agree that these looks seem very dated.
