LA Times H&G 11.23.07

This week's cover story for the LA Times H&G is about the new section at the great Huntington Botanical Gardens in San Marino. They brought in dozens of craftsmen from China to create the new "Garden of Flowing Fragrance", which re-creates "botanical havens built by scholars...during the Ming Dynasty..." If you've never been to the Huntington, you must GO! The gardens are beautiful, and the library and art collection are interesting without being overwhelming. A great place to take out of town guests.
