Well, yet again the LA Times Home section has us under- whelmed. Here are a few tid-bits of what they are offering up this week:

- Enduring sketches of Spain: LA's Spanish Colonial Revival style, and its most noted executor, George Washington Smith.
- They share more than toys or clothes: The pros and cons with having a sibling for a roomate.

- Bright lights- from the Scout: One of the things coming out of the New York International Gift Fair are these hand-blown glass lamps with movie siren names like "Audrey" from the San Clemente store Shine.
- So lovely you could eat it up: Everything you need to know about chard.

Wait - didn't NY Times Sunday Styles already do the share a space with a sibling article?
This product and the couple who design it are really, really amazing.
They use vintage molds and processes....and add custom touches like gilt-bronze bases.
Expensive...and worth it.
