Today's LA Times Home and Garden feature home has an interesting name, "Skyfarm". Located in Lincoln Heights, what was once described as "...a condemned structure" was transformed into a ""decompression chamber" -- a country escape in the heart of urban L.A." More pics after the jump...



The home is owned by Ilse Ackerman and Meeno Peluce. The home is a colorful, artistic, and eclectic place, full of gardens, animals, and there's even bees! (the couple started beekeeping last month." We're loving the "nest" they created out of discarded eucalyptus branches they found.
