The Chemosphere is currently owned by publisher Benedikt Taschen. It was used as a location in the first "Charlie's Angels" film with Drew Barrymore.
The Elrod House in Palm Springs was used in the James Bond film, "Diamonds are Forever".

Yeah, this was the (Sam Rockwell's)bad guy's pad and drew barrymore fell out the window and rolled down the hill and ended up in the yard of some families house and they used the ET house for the family set.

I could be wrong here, but I believe that Chemosphere wasn't used as an actual location for the Charlie's Angels movie. I think those scenes were shot on a set designed to look like the interior of the house.
