After yesterday's post about the Beverly Center's new lighting we did some digging and discovered the company behind the lights has a ton more to offer.
Aqua Creations is based in Los Angeles (not far from the Beverly Center actually) and they specialize in these incredibly ephemeral lights that can hang, sit on a desk or a shelf or stand on the floor. We love the two pictured for their totally organic shapes. And as the name would suggest, most of the lamps are evocative of under-the-sea creatures (like urchins and jellyfish) but some look like seed pods or even pomegranates (which we love) and they're all available in an incredible array of colors. See the full catalogue of lighting here.
Oh, wow. These would look so amazing with the DWR Eclipse light I just bought. If I had any money left for another light.

Aqua Creations also has a showroom here in NY, at the New York Design Center at 200 Lexington.

Can you buy them online?

I love these! I did a quick search (at work ATM) but sadly couldn't find any where that carries it online. If anybody know where I can buy these, or even just the price range, that will be great!

Aqua Creations is actually based in Israel but their products are available through many vendors in the US.
They are pricey. The pendant fixture shown above runs about $1100 retail. Keep in mind, these are hand made.
They're available for purchase to the trade and through some retailers shown on their site. To get a better idea of price ranges, check out homeportfolio.com

The one hanging from the shelf looks like a fabric covered slinky.
