CB2 Lighting: Another Look

012808_lamps.jpg

Obviously we're into the Bauhaus Table Lamp from CB2 and the script desk lamp. With the addition of the Bauhaus Arc Lamp, the trilogy is complete:

We love how sleek each of these lamps is. We love the price points, we love the glossy finishes and the pops of color. They make a statement and we wanted to make sure that everyone was aware. The only thing we're missing is a CB2 of our own. Who's got one of the Arc Lamps? Are they everything we would like for them to be?

I second that, mscot. I really want that script lamp. And their pebble bathmat. C&B is one of the stores (along with Z Gallery, Anthropology, and the like) that I prefer to wander in person, rather than browse and buy online. They need to make CB2 wander-able for us SoCal folks.

I bought the Bauhaus Floor Lamp in white for myself right before the holidays at the CB2 in NYC. It is amazing- everything you want it to be and more. Have to say it looks really great with my white tulip chairs too! If you're thinking about ordering one DO IT!!

Our Bauhaus Floor Lamp just arrived yesterday. We ordered the gravel color and love it. Looks great and is well made.

I have the Bauhaus floor in white. I love it and everyone that visits love it too. I wanted it in black but back when I bought it, it wasn't available in black. I'm glad I went with it though. I may get a black Bauhaus table lamp now that they come in black (gravel).

P.S. I bought a Phillips 3-way energy saver bulb for my Bauhaus floor lamp because it's greener of course and because the tag on the lamp suggested doing so (which I think is just great that they do that) but the bulb only lasted for about a month. After that I switched to a regular 3-way bulb and it's been going strong ever since. I liked the light from the energy saver bulb better but they are $11 each and I don't want to pay $11 for a bulb so often when they are supposed to last for a few years. It could have been that it was just a bad bulb. Any one else have that experience with energy saving bulbs??
