We found ourselves at a spontaneous Kentucky Derby party this weekend that lasted through the evening. It's a common occurence in the Southwest, especially as the days warm up and the nights are balmy. We love sitting outside, eating, drinking and talking with our friends and subtle lighting underlines that conviviality.
