On the scale of wow factor, Dutch design outfit Crealev's LOS! a levitating lamp is an "11". Unveiled at the Dutch Design Week, the lamp creates a levitation mode generated by an "active (e.g.) coils or passive (e.g. magnets) technology". In other words, they're not telling (click on the "DEMONSTRATION" link at Crealev's site to see a video of the technology in action. [via Trendoffice]
