We had posted the blueprint for the Zia/ Priven Troy Chandelier made up of over 5000 ping-pong balls. Well, they just sent us pics of the real deal, and the NY Times had plenty to say about them as well.
Marcia (Zia) says of the experience: "This has been the most exciting thing we have ever done. The Huge Troy is a one of a kind piece. We practically killed ourselves making it- I never want to see another Ping Pong ball again!"
Even though the show is in NY, readers can check out the auction online. The small 4ft version will be available in LA at the A. Rudin showroom (at the PDC.)

The Troy Chandelier is part of an online auction for The Architectural Digest Home Design Show. All proceeds will be donated to The DirectEffect Aids Research Support Program at The Rockefeller University.
