Like Curbed LA, we, too thought that prefabs went up in a day or two, but this one is taking a little longer. Clearly it will be worth it. Not only for it's "green-ability" but because it is so frickin' sexy!

Green, and sexy, but how much? It seems green is only for the select few that can afford it.
The pre-fab industry is too much smoke and mirrors. At 175$-$250 a square foot, this is no savings.
