$3000 in materials and the muscle and know-how of a five-person construction crew. That's what 22 Los Angeles families will receive if they're chosen for the new HGTV/DIY Network show, Carter Can. Hosted by Carter Ooserthouse of TLC's Trading Spaces, the new makeover show is looking for LA residents with an "impossible" home improvement project. They're especially interested in homes from the Silver Lake, Los Feliz and Echo Park areas.
