If you love vintage wallpaper and textile patterns, then definitely check out the amazing home of Lutterlagkage. She currently owns a clothing and decor boutique in Malmo, Sweden; and the home that she shares with her two daughters shows off her skill at mixing patterns and incorporating bright colors like orange and purple...
Lutterlagkage shares an apartment with her ex and her two kids that they bought while they were still together. Now, the apartment is separated into two wings with separate kitchens, bathrooms, and even entrances. "It's bohemian and unconventional - and a solution with high demands on your capability to let go and forgive. But it's also very rewarding when you see how un-dramatic the break up has been for the kids," she writes.

Lutterlagkage took a generic Ikea wardrobe and personalized it by covering each cabinet face with vintage wallpaper from her own personal collection.

Every time I see those floral patterns, it reminds me of my childhood.... I wonder if my mum still has the old duvet covers....

love it! love that fridge, love the wallpaper, love pretty much everything. i especially love how organically europeans approach colour: rather than picking out a "theme" and "accent colours" (yawn) it all seems to spontaneously grow out of the interaction of beloved objects and patterns. hurray!

Her name is Stine, not Lutterlagkage!!! That's the name of her store ;)
"Lutterlagkage is a Danish manner of speaking used to express that all is well, that you are happy with something and that you think that everything is crème de la crème! The English equivalent is “peaches and cream”.
