What about the house from "What Lies Beneath"? Gorgeous. And the interior for Disney's "The Kid" is still in my top 5.

My inspiration houses are: Something's Gotta Give, Practical Magic, and What Lies Beneath. I've watched each one, at least 5x with the sound off, just to observe the architectural & design details.

"What About Bob?" One of THE BEST most under-rated movies EVER. HILARIOUS!!!!!

Holy Moly! I thought the house in Iron Man was CGI. I wonder who owns it.

I thought the first one was familiar, but I couldn't place it.

I've never even seen the other movies.

My two faves are the houses in Stepmom (Susan Sarandon's house) and in One True Thing (Meryl Streep/William Hurt's house). Also loved Mia Farrow's apt. in Hannah and her Sisters. All were eclectic, colorful, and full of personality and character.

i loved the house in Casper, if it got fixed up a little, and Jons house in Garfield 2, Practical Magic (especially the kitchen) and the house from House Sitters.

I want to steal the one from The Lake House (a movie I've never seen, but that image is fantastic).

zhenpoo, the house from Garfield 2 is on First St. in Long Beach, CA. I live a block over from it.

I agree that the first one is the Hamptons house from Something's Gotta Give.

I was able to pick all of these! But that's mainly because I'm a big fan of the Hooked On Houses blog. Every week (I think on Mondays?) she posts photos of gorgeous homes featured in movies & TV shows.
