Leather Cue Bench Hides Your Billiards Equipment

022409cue-bench.jpgWe're not quite sure if you really have to worry all too much about optimizing space if you're able to afford a pool table in the first place, but there's something to be said about furniture that helps hide away clutter, even if it's just billiards equipment like this Leather Cue Bench...

022409cue-bench2.jpgA side mounted door reveals three sliding trays that hold your billiards balls, accessories and cue sticks, all inside a leather covered couch that looks slightly better than most pool hall furnishings, as noted in the video below showcasing another game room, space saving solution. The bench is available here, for all you Fast Eddies and Ednas out there.

UGH! in a few years we will look back at this contrivance as an emblem of the excesses of the early millenium years. Frankly, this is something I'd expect to see in Architectural Digest........need I say more?

Most places I've been put the cues, balls, etc. on simple wall-mounted racks...

That's an ugly sofa.

You could get one that seats the full length, isn't one of the ugliest things you ever saw, and store your balls and cues under it, if this is really a problem for you.

While I don't like the bench that much, I'm an avid pool player and there is a lot of stuff I would give up if I could afford to live in a space that could fit a regulation table.

Seems like a waste of money for an ugly seat with storage. Can't believe they want over three grand for this monstrosity.

What a stupid waste of floor space. You can't sit beside it, and it looks too uncomfortable to actually sit on. Aren't the balls usually stored on the table.

While game rooms could use some better designed pieces, I am not sure this is it. This is just bad.

Sometimes I think AT post things like this just to see us bite like an old security lot dog.

And yet half the sofa is unusable, which makes it not very efficient use of space. And it's ugly.

I think the part that hides the pool stuff is meant to be more of a bench that one might lean on while waiting for their turn playing.

I wouldn't buy it, but then, I wouldn't buy a pool table. I don't think I'd run screaming from a house if I saw it though. Sheesh.

Good God is that tacky.

Still not understanding the pool table thing--a lot of people in Florida have them for some reason.
