Look! Brown Bagging in Style

Fresh snacks for the trip? I'm sold. This weekend I found myself in San Diego taking a plane up to San Francisco to stay for about 12 hours before returning to San Diego and making the drive back to LA. Along the way I ate whatever was available and convenient, which is to say: not very healthy and not delicious. I saw these Built By New York Brand 'Gourment Getaway' insulated totes and wish I had had one on friday to prepare at least one nice little meal to go.

The bags are insulated with wetsuit material and the whole thing is machine washable (for spills!). Plus you don't have to use it as a lunch bag--they work great as regular totes too.

Yes! I have the polka dot lunch tote and bring my lunch in it to work (almost) every day. Come lunch time, it's a breeze to find my lunch in our crowded work refrigerator crammed with ugly plastic grocery bags.
