
We spotted these photos from two recent art installations over at Line Juhl Hansen's blog. Even though these mixed media pieces aren't in a home per se, we really like the overall look of "scattering" art, especially in an odd corner of a room. We could see something like this being particularly effective in a dorm room or a loft space.

If you're getting tired of that wall decal you put up awhile ago, this solution can be layered over it. giving the room a whimsical, Through The Looking Glass quality.

i think the frames in the corner really get the short straw in this. i wouldn't like this for anything where the art is actually meant to be noticed individually. for me it only works in the bottom one.
