Look! Marianne Cotterill's Eclectic Victorian

London-based soprano singer Marianne Cotterill recently opened her home to Living Etc., showing off her taste that's a mix of well...everything. From ornate French wallpaper to classic tufted sofas to...a Saarinen dining set?

What we love about this home is that it feels remarkably balanced: before it gets too girly or looking like something from Pride and Prejudice, there's a modern piece anchoring the room. We particularly admire this sitting room pictured here: romantic rose wallpaper that looks a bit faded and lived in, paired with an Art Deco tall silver lamp, a white faux fur rug, and a B&B Italia chaise softened in a pale pink fabric. Now if only we could find bigger photos...!

Very beautiful space.

Anyone know where I could get the silver floor lamp standing next to the sofa in the 2nd pic? And the art deco tall silver table lamp in the 1st pic after the jump. I am searching for lighting for my living room and these would be perfect (*praying they are not antiques or $10K a piece*). Anything similar would be appreciated as well.

Do NOT use modernreproductions.com. They will take your money and you will never see your furniture. Fraud is their game. Google them for other stories on here like mine.

You will never, ever, ever get a phonecall from them. Emails will be tersely returned, never addressing the concerns, and you'll have an uphill battle to get a refund.

Their prices seem too good to be true? They are.
