You think Martha Stewart got this idea from Lotta Jansotter's studio tour? Maybe...this month, Martha Stewart Living showcased this idea with an extra step: covering the clipboard's masonite backing with dainty decorative paper and wallpaper with the help of découpage glue. Not a bad way to introduce some patterns to a home office...

I like this, I might incorporate the idea into my own office, or heck - even my cubicle! :)

Lotta Jansdotter Studio is hardly the pioneer in decorating clipboards.

I recently fell in love with a few clipboard designs from slimdgm's etsy store.

I'm with Seaside. I had a bunch of decorated clipboards in my first library job -- I was working with an all-male crew in a no-frills facility, so the clipboards we used for daily record-keeping were one of the ways I held onto my femininity in a sea of (felonious) men.
