We're not sure if Jessica DIY'd the cabinet door herself but we imagine it would be a simple task. Whittling down a few twigs to custom fit the size of the cabinet door would be pretty easy. A craft glue found at Michael's or Home Depot would help position the twigs in place. We love the organic feel the sprigs of wood bring to the bathroom and would definitely attempt this DIY in our own home.

I would like to see more sticks, possibly thinner ones, used to disguise the contents of the cabinet a little more.
On a side note ...I love the soft baskets that are on the counter. Where are they from?

I love the idea and how it came out. Very cute! Maybe have more decorative items on display (purfume bottles, etc) in the cabinet since you can see through so clearly. Just a suggestion, otherwise very unique. I love that!

I agree with the above suggestion of using thinner twigs, thought this one is cute as is. I would probably paint the interior shelves to match the white cabinet. they look a little too new and clean to match the style of the cabinet.
I also think if you're gonna DIY, you're gonna need a few thin nails holding those in place. Glue would last only as long as it takes to take an "after" picture.

I live in Santa Fe, and this look is REALLY popular out here...again, with thinner twigs to camoflauge the contents better. I like the look...the only issue is in a desert environment, twigs don't keep the dust and dirt out of the cupboard. With the dust/dirt uber-prevalent here, cabinets like this force a once monthly total clean of contents. Blech!

Love the idea but agree with the comment above mine that it's not practical in a place with too much dust.
