Look: Two Polaroid Inspired Mirrors

020609polaroid01.jpgEven though the Polaroid has faded out into the annals of photography history with the advent of digital photography, a lot of us still hold onto the fond memories of shaking, waiting and laughing at what the film technology would reveal after a snapshot. Guess the demise of the beloved low tech photography has brought it back into the popular zeitgeist, with a couple designers bringing out very similar ideas of the Polaroid reimagined as mirrors...

actually, Polaroid and all of the accompanying assets are hopefully being acquired by Luxembourg company Genii, who would likely begin reproducing the film and cameras....

so here's hoping we'll soon be able to find those twin-packs back on the shelves within the next couple of years!
