Sam's DIY Mini Bar Credenza

Apartment Therapy reader Sam Morgan sent us some photos of his project that transformed a vintage stereo cabinet into a stylish mini bar fit for a young Hugh Hefner:
Just thought I'd share my latest refinishing project. I bought this beat up stereo cabinet on craigslist and turned it into a pretty cool credenza/mini bar. The doors were in good condition so I matched the stain, built a wine rack, installed a fridge and added a new base (legs). The top of the credenza opens up to the cutting board and ice bucket. Turned out nice and makes a fantastic room divider.

When you get around to staining the inside frame of the wine rack it will be beyond perfect!

Veyr cool idea! We built ours out of an old TV armoire. I love these repurpose projects!

I made mine with an old Victrola case. I bought a wine glass rack at Pier 1 for 8 bucks and adhered it inside the cabinet. The booze sits on the top where the machine used to be.
