Well, upon further inspection, it appears that Serena's lamps are a vintage find which means that finding the exact same lamps is going to be rather difficult--and probably really, really pricey. In fact, when we compiled a list of alternatives that were remotely similar, the price range was well into the hundreds. Here's our best bets:

Remember Lynn's amazing House Tour from a few years ago? She's the owner of Paris Hotel Boutique, and she's got this vintage pale blue ceramic lamp with gold accents on sale for $325.

If you don't want to go vintage and have a few shekels to spend, Christopher Spitz Miller makes these lamps by hand. Pictured here is a pair of medium three ball lamps in a pale blue-green.

If you're in the market for antiques, this 19th century blue opaline lamp from France stands at 32" and comes in a pair. Love the rich color as it would make a bold statement in any room. The pair of them is on sale at Léonce Antiques and Consignments for $780.
