Haha, I knew if I used Mr. Ruffalo's listing the ladies (and men) would approve. My girlfriend is amongst the MR fan club members, so I know this well.

Darn, I thought this was going to be a post about some great new site for people who really "stalk" real estate--you know, you go by in your car every day and say, "I would totally buy that house and live in it!" and hope that someday you'll see that for sale sign in the yard, or you drive by a house every day and keep track of what the owners are doing to fix it up...
