Updated Method Homes Prefab S-M-L Series and Photos

About a year ago the team over at AT San Francisco mentioned the stylish prefab dwellings from Method Homes (no relation to the household cleaner brand) and we noticed they've updated their site with a S-M-L Series and a teaser for a Urban Series (600 square feet to 2000+) of prefab homes that scale from a cozy 540 Interior Sq Ft for the "small" size, 588 Interior Sq Ft for the "medium", 856 Interior Sq Ft for the "large". They've also updated with some great images of their initial Cabin Series, which gives you insight of Method Home's architectural aesthetic...

Method Homes are also notable not only for their size and design range, but also because they're built with sustainable materials with all Method homes built with LEED 2.0 Gold certification or higher as a goal (all their eco specifications are available to view here). The new S-M-L series start $98,000 and offer a studio space or 1-2 bedrooms with a bath all in one 95% prefabricated structure.

“The concept behind the S-M-L Series is to provide a series of small, smartly designed, prefabricated homes that make it quick and affordable to create a personal retreat without sacrificing style. Intended as a modern refuge, they create a strong connection between interior and exterior spaces through the use of decks and large glazing sections and use sustainable and low maintenance materials and products throughout.”

Check out more info and some about Modern Home's various prefabricated homes at their website.

hmmmm... I actually really like these, though it does seem like a blond wood overload. Not a bad price tag.
