We were just turned on to Bargains LA.com, a website devoted to finding all of the bargains that LA has to offer. While the look of the site rubs our style-aesthetic the wrong way, we love a bargain, and site mistress Susanne seems to know where they all are.
You can sign up for weekly emails so that you are ready to pounce on any deal that they find.
We were told that the Dock Downtown is a particularly good resource for designer-quality furniture with huge warehouse savings.
Bargains LA.com: A Good Source For Savings
Clearly this is not a site for those who get overwhelmed by clutter or the need to look at a billion things to find that pretty needle in the haystack. But if you have the time and the patience, this site might be able to offer up quite a few design finds that will impress both thrifties and label whores alike.
