We have a confession to make. A while back we were channel surfing and came across Thom Filicia's show Dress My Nest and we became insta-fans. His enthusiasm and fun attitude were infectious and the whole way that he helps women define their style is creative and smart (despite what the New York Times had to say). Plus the fact that they showcase 20 and 30-something women gave us something we could, um, relate to. Well, the show shoots in LA and they're looking for homes to makeover. Are you a contender? Jump below for all the details:
If you're not familiar with the show, check out some clips of Thom doing his magic on mystyle. If you're interested in applying to have your place made over here are the details:
Are you living in a design catastrophe? Are you completely clueless when it comes to home décor? Is your place too embarrassing to invite people over? Did your do-it-yourself projects make you wish you didn’t?
If you answered ‘yes’ to these questions & you are an outgoing and fun female between 21-40, and you want a chance at a $10,000 room makeover, email: dressmynest2@yahoo.com attention: Chad

style.com's fatal flaw is not making still shots of the makeovers available. you can't refer back to anything.

Thom Felicia is great - He's exactly the same in person as he appears to be on TV.

Oh, please!
I read that NYT article; can anyone say, "steaming pile of pretentious crap"!?
Oh, and I thought it would be rather droll if all of us were needlessly critical at every possible opportunity in order to expand our already ego-inflated craniums.
Indubitably my good fellow!
*Rolls eyes.*

i like the show quite a bit. the only on-air drawback is the "promotional consideration." the most recent season saw a distinct tendency to decorate from one mass retailer. who would do their whole place from west elm? that would not happen.

Thom is great! He loves what he does and it shows. He make home décor fun! He makes me wish I was issues with my own place just so I could meet him. The NYT writer on the other hand seems full of hate and is probably angry because her apartment is boring.
