The Veronique swing-arm sconce ($1,250) is simple and elegant. We would NEVER pay that much for a sconce, but when we think about our ideal version, it looks a lot like this.

I love y'all - but FYI the PAL is like way old - my dad, who is a tivoli freak gave me one for Christmas three years ago. The new colors are cute, though. They made one a couple of years ago to go with the IPOD. It has such amazing sound that, in the kitchen, I just use an av adapter to connect it to the computer, open up iTunes and play all my music through it.
